HerPillow features a soft velvet-style cover and premium polyester filling designed for everyday comfort and support.
Is the cover removable and washable?
Yes. The outer cover is removable and machine-washable on a gentle cycle.
How do I clean the pillow?
The removable outer cover can be machine washed.
The inner pillow should be spot-cleaned only and allowed to air dry completely.
How long does it take for the pillow to fully expand?
Your pillow may require up to 72 hours after opening to fully fluff and reach its intended shape.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Do you offer installment payments?

Can I return my pillow?
Unopened and unused pillows may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pillows cannot be returned.

If your pillow arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos or videos showing the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.

No. HerPillow products are designed for adult use only.
