Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns of unused and unopened pillows within 30 days of delivery. Due to the personal nature of our products, used items cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

For all returns related to customer preference or "change of mind" (non-defective items), the customer is responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your pillow arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. In these cases, HerPillow LLC will cover all shipping costs. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, full name, and a photo or video of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible unopened returns will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
