Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@herpillow.store with your order number.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be able to return it following our Return & Refund Policy.

HerPillow LLC reserves the right to decline a cancellation request if the order has already been fulfilled.
